Welcome to Elhart Vintage. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Elhart Vintage website, including any purchases made through our online store. Elhart Vintage offers curated vintage, pre-owned, and occasionally new clothing, accessories, and related goods.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon being posted to this website. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

2. Products

Unless otherwise stated, all items sold by Elhart Vintage are vintage or up-cycled from vintage materials.

Due to the nature of vintage merchandise, every item is unique and may display signs of age, wear, fading, repairs, or minor imperfections. These characteristics are considered part of each item's originality and should not be regarded as defects.

We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe each product. However, colors and appearances may vary depending on your device, monitor settings, or screen resolution.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without prior notice.

While we strive to ensure that all pricing and product information is accurate, Elhart Vintage reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed.

Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout where required by law.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Because our inventory consists primarily of one-of-a-kind vintage items, products may occasionally become unavailable before an order is processed. If this occurs, any payment received will be refunded in full.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders affected by inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Elhart Vintage does not store or have access to your complete payment card information.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe indicated on our website whenever reasonably possible.

Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Elhart Vintage is not responsible for shipping delays resulting from carrier issues, customs processing, weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law. Elhart Vintage is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique nature of our inventory, all sales are final.

Except where required by applicable law, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

If you believe an item was materially inaccurate or significantly misrepresented in its description or photographs, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery by emailing info@elhartvintage.com with your order number and clear photographs of the item. We will carefully review your concern and, where appropriate, determine a suitable resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website—including, but not limited to, photographs, logos, branding, graphics, artwork, text, product descriptions, designs, and website content—is the exclusive property of Elhart Vintage and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or otherwise used without our prior written permission.
