Mustard gold blazer featuring an oversized shawl collar trimmed with fringe.  Tailored with structured shoulders, a sharply-nipped waist, single-button closure, flap pockets and a long lean silhouette.  Jean Paul Gaultier estimated to be from the 1990s.
