1980s Burgundy Velvet Duster

Burgundy crushed velvet duster with dramatic structured shoulders, contrasting patterned lapels and matching cuffs. Full-length open silhouette with black waist tie. Estimated to be from the 80s. 

Good condition - minimal thrashing on the bottom back of duster.
