1990s Patchwork Velvet Lace Duster Cardigan

Navy patchwork duster featuring crushed velvet, sheer floral mesh, lace and burnout velvet panels. Long open-front silhouette with an eclectic bohemian/whimsigoth look. Predicted to be from the 90s.
